Shipping Information

• Items listed as “Ready to Ship” will ship within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment clears.
• Items listed as “Made to Order” can take 4-6 weeks before your item ships.
• Items purchased together will ship together. If you purchase a “Ready to Ship” item and a “Made to Order” item in the same order, both items will ship together in 4-6 weeks when your “Made to Order” item is completed.
• Any custom orders or changes made to an existing order may take additional time to be processed.

Please understand that quality takes time. I know how excited you are to receive your item and I’ll do my best to get it to you as quickly as I can.

If you need your order urgently or by a specific date, please contact me BEFORE placing your order to make sure I can get your item to you quickly. Rush fees may apply.

Shipping is free in the USA for orders $35 and over.

When your order is scheduled for mailing, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain a delivery confirmation number which can be used as tracking. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and/or contact me.

Packages delivered within the United States are shipped USPS Priority or USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. Once your package is in the mail, it’ll usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

I love my International customers and I ship to most countries! Please note that your country may charge you additional customs or duties fees.

The countries I do not ship to at this time are:

• Mexico
• Germany

Shipping is free for International orders $500 and over.

When your order is scheduled for mailing, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain a customs form number which may or may not be used for tracking (see Tracking International Packages section below for more info). If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and/or contact me.

Packages delivered outside the United States are shipped USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Once your package is in the mail, it’ll usually arrive within 14 to 30 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

A packing slip stating the actual value of the purchase will be included in all International packages and shipments will be marked as “Merchandise” on the customs forms. Falsifying customs forms is illegal here in the US, so please do not ask me to mark your purchase as a “Gift” or adjust the value of your order to less than the items are actually worth.

Customs duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees are NOT included in the total at checkout. There is no way for me to know what duties or taxes you may or may not have to pay once your package reaches your country as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay any and all such fees. Please be familiar with the customs and import tax laws in your country before you order.

If your country is on the list, in most cases you’ll receive door-to-door tracking. However, some countries may not update the tracking as reliably.

Please allow 4 weeks from the shipping date before contacting me about a package that hasn’t arrived. If your order has not arrived within that time, please contact me and I’ll either recreate the item or offer a refund.

Customers are responsible for contacting their local postal exchange with the tracking number to verify the status of their package.

If you suspect your package has been stolen you must file a stolen mail report with your local post office and/or police department as mail theft is a felony crime.
